Keyrings for Nelson Thomlinson School Students

We recently etched and laser cut some keyrings for Ouragan Platine's F1 in Schools stand.

The students are using these prototypes to show how enterprising they are.

Vacancy: Office Administrator

Are you looking for a new role in a friendly, well established company based in Cumbria?

Cumbria Profiling Ltd are based just outside of Wigton, we currently have a requirement for an Office Administrator to join our busy and friendly team. The role is offered on a permanent basis and offers a fantastic opportunity for the right person. We are seeking a team player with a creative flair and keen eye for detail.

It is essential that you have:

• A driving license with your own transport due to our location
• The ability to prioritise work, and work to clear deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The confidence to work in an open office environment with a friendly and polite manner
• A basic understanding of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel and Word

Applicants should be keen to engage in a positive and proactive manner in assisting with the smooth running of the office. You will be working in a small friendly team where there is a real sense of team work. Some of the main duties will include:

• Answering telephones, dealing with queries, taking and relaying messages to other members of staff
• Assisting with human resources, health and safety and training administration
• Booking couriers/hauliers and producing advice/delivery notes
• Purchasing admin and from time to time assisting with purchasing from pre-approved suppliers
• Handling customer feedback
• General admin and filing
• Any other admin job deemed suitable by Directors and Management

As we are based at Kirkbride, Cumbria it is a necessity that you have your own transport due to the location.

Benefits

Our working hours are 40-45 hours, between 0730 to 1730 Monday to Thursday and 0730-1500 Friday. We are flexible with working hours and are willing to accommodate the right candidate. We offer 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and an additional day’s holiday is awarded with every 3-years’ service.

Christmas Closing 2018

Cumbria Profiling close for the Christmas break at 3pm on Friday 21st November 2018. 

We re-open on the 2nd of January 2019 at 7.30am.
